Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@bylumiere.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened serums and skincare liquids cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All sale items are final sale.
