Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (USA): 7–15 business days Express Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days International: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours. You can use this to track your package at any time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at hello@bylumiere.co and we will investigate immediately and issue a replacement or full refund if needed.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45 within the United States.
